Due to the small batch and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please ensure you review product descriptions and your order details carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or we have made an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos / video of the issue.
We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or partial refund (minus initial shipping cost and transaction fees) where appropriate.

Lost Mail
We are not responsible for lost or delayed items shipped via untracked services.
Orders marked as delivered by the courier are considered as fulfilled.
