Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are packed and dispatched within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Occasionally there may exceptional delays, which will be posted on our Instagram.

If your order contains a pre-order item, please note:

  • Pre-orders require additional production time.
  • The estimated shipping timeframe will be stated in the product description.
  • Processing time (2-5 business days) begins after the pre-order production period has finished and items are on hand.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are on hand and ready. 
  • If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders. 

UK Shipping Options

We offer the following UK shipping methods:

  • Untracked Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery 2-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: Estimated delivery 48 hours after dispatch.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Estimated delivery 24 hours after dispatch. 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to postal delays out of our control.

International Delivery Options 

We offer the following international shipping methods:

  • Economy International: Estimated delivery 2-6 weeks after dispatch. No tracking is included. 
  • Standard International: Estimated delivery 1-3 weeks after dispatch. No tracking is included. 
  • Tracked International: Estimated delivery is 5-14 business days after dispatch. Full tracking is included. 

Group Orders

We always welcome group orders! If you would like to organise a group order to combine shipping, please contact us before placing your order. I can repost on social media and help you find other joiners.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on Royal Mail pricing and parcel weight/size. 

Studioren does not set postal prices, and shipping costs are unfortunately out of our control. We always aim to keep shipping as low and fair as possible while ensuring your items arrive safely. 

If postal rates increase, shipping prices may be adjusted to reflect this. 

Customs and Import fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Studioren is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Thank you for understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. 

Studioren is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately before dispatch. 

Lost or Delayed Mail

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the postal service. 

Studioren is not responsible for:

  • Postal delays
  • Lost packages marked as delivered 
  • Delays due to customs
